My boyfriend and I are looking at going out to this 5 star restaurant for our anniversary. Fire and Ice - it's the only 5 star near us in Vermont. It's a 50 minute drive and we want to go Tuesday. He gets out of work at 7 so I want to make the reservation for 8:30pm.
What day should I call and make the reservations - tomorrow? Also - on their website it didn't say what time they were open till. It just said they opened at 5pm. Not when they closed. So when would they most likely close?
