Yes. Some humans like natives in jungles don't sweat much because they live in a humid environment and it doesn't help much. Some people like me have great circulation in their hands so they can ice fish when it is 30 below zero with no problem getting their hands wet. I also get more vitamin D in winter at a high latitude than a dark skinned person. Tall skinny Masai and Australian aborigines can handle the heat better than someone built short and stout. In an environment that is high in malaria, sickle cell is likely to evolve as a response. Pygmies tend to get short in jungle environments. It could help them move through the trees. I just gave several examples to give you an idea.
