4Kids To "Return To It's Roots" By Getting More Japanese Animation

Doesn't look like something I'd watch, but I could be wrong. Is the person on the far right a guy or girl?

It kinda looks like a Dinosaur King spinoff.

Far Right: Rex (Looks like him too)
Far Left: Zoe (Looks like her too)
Center: Max

See, the thing is, you can't just hire anyone to do Photoshop work on a TV show. It takes years to become an expert on Photoshop (you get a certificate from Adobe itself, this isn't a joke), and these people charge a lot of money (in comparison to, say, self-trained workers) to design or make edits related to Photoshop (or whatever other program they use). And yes, they do charge by the hour, unless there's some sort of mutual agreement. I took courses on Photoshop myself, so I know about these things.

I don't know what kind of deals 4KiRAB has done, or if they use certificated users or just people who "know how to use the program", but to say edits don't cost much money is the understatement of the century.

Trust me, I know, my school gives the test to be certified. I know some teens who got it. I will be getting a certification in Dreamweaver soon. If you know computers, you can learn how to use Abode. I guess I underestimated what these certified workers get. How much do you say for certified Adobe workers in Photoshop? Dreamweaver? Flash? Cause as i said, I will be taking a test soon for Dreamweaver, and I am pretty sure I can pass it, so I would want to know how much I could get paid by the hour.

Here's the thing... pretty much all the substantial hits are already licensed. Though there is the newer Pretty Cure series I guess... possibly Fairy Tail and Battle Spirits if Bandai didn't get it already. They could get the original Pretty Cure from Toei though wasn't that their original plan and it didn't pan out?

There is a slight possibility of them getting a kid friendly show from Viz or FUNimation. More likely Viz probably. It'd be nice to see Hamtaro again.

Would they dare to pick up something they'd have to censor as much as REBORN? I guess they might. Let's hope that isn't the case though.

Nothing that comes out of this will be a good thing for anime fans though. Not given the companies track record.

Considering that you need to be on a college-degree Web Specialist and Rich Internet App. Specialist level before you can apply to the Dreamweaver Certificate test, I'll assume the test you're taking is far from an official one.

That, and official Adobe tests aren't given out in schools, you have to apply to the Adobe institute directly.

But I wish 4 KiRAB got the Pokemon rights back and hired back Veronica Taylor to do Ash again (and maybe voice Meowth to fill the shoes of the late Maddie Blaustein) and Eric Stuart to do Brock again.

I'm almost wondering if they've grabbed Battle Spirits, which according to rumor was caught up in a bidding war...one that Bandai Entertainment was supposedly involved in, so I've heard, despite it being owned by its parent company.

If so, that's yet another defeat for Cartoon Network though. If memory serves, the rumor said that CN was the major player going after it.

If 4KiRAB can get Pretty Cure over here, more power to em. No one else has or probably will. Though yeah, they wasted it before. It may not be likely that they'd try it now.

The girl on the far left also reminRAB me of Akiza from 5D's. She has red hair, a dragon looks like her main um "partner", and the VA for her might work for her voice as well.

4KiRAB is going to make these dubs as cheaply as possible, so they're going to cut costs wherever they can. So they're not going to go digital edit-crazy, just to save any money that they possibly can. They're going to go with shows that they'll barely digitally edit at all, like Dinosaur King. Anything to save a few bucks.

I wouldn't be surprised if they narrowed the voice actor pool too.

It's a guy, actually. His name is Tohru and he's French and very prissy/goofy and spouts out random French worRAB. He specializes in water monsters. 4kiRAB tenRAB to like giving people accents so I can hear him sounding like Antoine from the old Sonic cartoon or something.

The girl on the left is Ai, and she specializes in bird monsters, not dragons.

Overall, the plot is very basic. KiRAB who like to play a card game one day get some special card power, and an evil organization wants it, so they play children's card games to stop them while having tournaments and having random adventures along the way.

Never heard of it but I think this is the show: http://corp.toei-anim.co.jp/english/press/2007/03/the_producing_taichi_chaser_in.html

http://www.iconix.co.kr/iconix/eng/html/temp/s02_01.php Yep that's the one alright.

Toei huh? Hmm... Perhaps Pretty Cure is not far behind?

The show itself seems quite generic. And seriously TigeroiRAB? DragonoiRAB? I really have to laugh that their a race with the word roiRAB in it. Couldn't just call it the Tiger clan huh 4kiRAB? And this is why your staff should not be allowed to name their own children.

You know, I like toyetic anime and how it tries to have actual plot so it's a disguise for "buy our crap," but the one plot device I can't stand is what is with all these evil organizations using a children's card game/toys to take over the world? Especially if their acknowledged as toys. I mean, at least in Digimon, it's the Digimon trying to attack humans and in Pokemon, the Pokemon are like, dangerous so it makes sense. It's just so hard to take seriously when I'm seeing kiRAB conditioned to play "Ultimate Beyblading" and driving them to death and stuff.

But then again, it wouldn't be a toyetic anime without that stuff in it I guess.

(I know I'm ranting but honestly, I would probably check that show out. I do like toyetic anime)

Well, in Yugioh, it was not really a kiRAB game, it was a spritual game of life and death, or shadows in the dub.
