Previously, on 'Winx Club'... after learning Tecna was still alive, the gang raced to the Omega Dimension to find her. But they nearly bit the big one themselves when they ran into the Dimension's other inhabitants. Tecna was located, Sky and Bloom may be back on track in their relationship, the girls Enchantix-ed their way out, and everything's right with the world.

Well, almost... there's still the matter of Baltor...

Bring On Week 1 of 9!
First time talking about a new winx eppy... since well, thats the whole point of me being a 4kids fan, after this show ends... time for me to head on to being a Hannah Monatana fan...
Well, better enjoy the show while it lasts, i started watching back on its premiere (street premiere of 9.4.04) so, better ... oh, show is on!
 
[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica]My TV station cut out right after Tec took the pic of Ophir and Layla started to say something. It didn't come back on until they were running to the museum. So I missed a huge chunk of the episode and can't really say much.

I did notice that Faragonda is now just saying "sacrifice" for the Enchantix catalyst. No more "save someone from your realm." Layla's outfit has turned to green. And Ophir seems to be a word I can't say here. He's cute and nicely dressed and he's got skills, but his personality is obnoxious. I was hoping he'd have a better voice, too.

I did really enjoy the Red Fountain saves Cloud Tower sequence and the part with Griffin after that. And from what I saw, Flora was my favorite in this episode. (Shocking, right?) I loved the part where she was all "I hate waiting for villains" and I liked how much she looked after Bloom and kept checking up on her when the others essentially ignored her. (And Bloom calls Stella her best friend? Maybe she should recheck that.) Some nice new powers for her, too, that didn't involve vines. Maybe the writers caught on that she was using those too much.

So 8 more new episodes. Then we'll have to cross our fingers that 4Kids releases the movie over here. It won't be the same without their awesome voices, which I truly love, despite the couple I don't care for.

its been so long since 4kids has aired a new episode i really enjoyed it seeing the second time since ytv had aired that episode a while back but it was still really good in my point of view unfortunatly 4 me season three ends two weeks from tomorow but at least i get to sit back and watch the reviews come in on this forum.if the winx club movie comes out soon...will there be a forum for that??it would be really interesting to see what u guys all thought.:Dand ya darcy ur station was not the only one that cut out mine cut out too.hm i just watched my winx club again in time shift ( 3 hours later)and the channel was fine!!i did not get the cut out!!!!!!!!!i was not expecting that............
 
At WNYW (FOX 5 New York), nothing out of the ordanary, the eppy was running okay, but there's always 4KidsTV.com if you missed anything that u did not see...

8 eppys left.. same here about the movie, +crosses fingers+.

"Day at the Museum" gets 4Kids at of 5. (4 out of 5...)
 
I have dial-up. I shudder to think how long it would take me to view an entire episode. I'm hoping one of my LJ community members will have taped it and loan it to me. Otherwise, I'll live without knowing until DVD release or repeat.
 
Ok, here are my thoughts on this ep:

1. Hey, we got to see little Kiko again! It's always nice to see that cute little guy!:anime:

2. I thought the RF guys did a great job rounding up things at Cloud Tower. They did some nice teamwork! They also got some nice new outfits too.:)

3. During the Enchantix training, I felt Flora, Tecna, and Bloom did a terrific job!:D Regardless that Bloom still doesn't know how to control her's yet.:p I also found it interesting when Miss F said that Bloom's Enchantix wasn't "complete" yet.

4. I thought it was funny to see Stormy get scared when that monstrous hand came out of that evil magic book, and tried to grab her!:D

5. I thought those Solarian raincoats looked very nice.:) I thought Flora's was the most gorgeous!;) :anime:

6. I couldn't help feeling sorry for Musa. Her relationship with Riven is really going downhill.:( I can also understand how Layla feels about boycotting boys. I mean, she's still upset about her "arranged marriage.":( However, I do feel she shouldn't have told off Ophir.

7. At the museum, I felt that battle of Winx girls vs. Baltor & the Trix was still pretty good. The downside, IMO, was: although Ophir saved Layla's life, I felt it was a shame they had to give up that artifact to save his.:sad: At least, it's good to know he's not on Baltor's side. At least, I don't think he is.

So, I still feel this was a good ep. I give it 3 stars.:)
 
For #6,
the arranged marriage is called off in Ep 76 by their parents who have come to their senses and say they can marry whoever they want, but it's already obvious who they've both chosen.
 
Now would you have found it funny if it happened to Flora or another Winx girl? Or are you just picking on the bad girls? :evil:
 
Baltor was pretty cunning in this episode, wouldn't you say?

In the midst of running the Winx girls ragged across a museum, there's the issue of Ophir, Layla's would-be stalker with strange intentions. I think it's clear enough that he's not on Baltor's side, yet... he goes and gets involved and puts himself in a situation that forces Layla to allow Baltor to get away with his intended target... a box that allows him to absorb more magic power.

Yeah... typical guy on this show, apparently. Thanks, Ophir.

Also, an interesting development that Faragonda tells Bloom that her Enchantix is apparently incomplete. Heh, figures... but makes sense, especially since she was only now getting close to matching Baltor in power. (Naturally, Baltor has now opened that gap back up slightly with this magic box.)

And one more little tidbit... interesting creation by Stella, raincoats that look fashionable, repel rain, and give a small power boost. Cool...

"Day at the Museum": 4/5.
