i recently restored a 78 honda express running a 2 stroke 49cc motor, and ran into a problem ive never had to deal with . while out riding it, one of the 2 bolts coming from the block connecting the exhaust pipe snapped off. most of the exhaust still goes through the muffler, however some is escaping from the block, and it is slightly louder.
my questions are
1) since this is my only form of transport, will i be able to run it 4 miles a day without major problems
2) how hard would it be to repair
3) if MOST of the exhaust goes through the muffler is it still ok to run until i get around to fixing it?
