ok pretty straightforward but i was wondering if i need a license because i've heard that if its below 50cc, u dont need a drivers license. if it matters, i was planning to get the x7 super pocket bike.
in most states no you do not need a license under 50cc. but you may want to check local laws in your area. some municipalities have made laws regarding pocket bikes since they are so hard to see and a few bad eggs have spoiled it for all by terrorizing sidewalks with them.
