i have a lg lh300 42" tv that suffers from motion bluring ,and was wondering if theres any way to get rid of it ,it suffers mostly on dvds when the image is black and moving fast.

thanks

The 42LH3000 has a 5ms response time - 5ms delay in your screen actioning a response to its video feed - resulting in motion blur. This will dramatically reduce when watching a better resolution i.e. HD. However, this is one for those who claim LCD is better than Plasma, they're simply not.

You could probably reduce the issue by changing your DVD video settings to output 'RGB' if connected with a scart lead, if its HDMI then that is the best you will get.

thats why you buy a 120hz tv!!!!...You are the idiot who chose to go with
a 60hz tv...now deal with it. Next time, listen to your sales person.

Is it an LCD..??? That type of TV has a slow response time. You should have bought Plasma!! Plasma has a fast response time to eliminate 'blurr' on games and fast motion, like sports.. It also has a 170 degree viewing angle. No more burn-in problems on later models. Is it new enough to bring back and trade up.??
