Hi. I've been singing for a few months now and have made major improvements in my voice, particularly in power and in range, using these exercises I found and bought.
Problem is, I seem to find that even after one night of not doing them, my voice seems to regress :/
Why is this? I don't think I should have to sing for 40 minutes every single night to not only improve but to maintain my voice?
The thing is, sometimes it's difficult to fit them in and also my throat is feeling a bit of strain and I'm worried about damage. What can I do? Do I really regress, or is it through lack of warm up and I actually don't regress at all? How often should I do these exercises? How can I keep my throat healthy?
