Sound like a city government that has been overwhelmingly corrupt and unqualified for nearly it's entire history making a bunch of semi-legitimate programs without thinking about consequences or actual functioning.
 
It's because someone will always give them credit, whether they get charged an effective interest rate of 99% or whatever.
 
Take months worth of food stamps to Whole Foods. Walk out with three days worth of food.

do plenty of educated minorities have jobs? nga i've seen a brother in a 535xi. granted i am in the north....
 
i remember when i was in 8th grade, i went to public school right across the street from the projects and over half the school got free lunches and it was like 15% white or so. so much designer clothing and brand new shoes
 
how would it be efficient if they went out of their way to make sure they saved not one single dollar?
 
True, but now break down how many whites vs blacks there are in America and then compare the percentages.
 
I don't care that they come over, immigrants as long as they're healthy are generally a net gain.

the issue is because of min wage laws, their is no legal wage at which they can be employed once they come over, and because of ridiculous building restrictions its impossible to build housing in which they could afford.

min wage laws and building codes(other then general safety) are a detriment to immigrants and the poor as it prices their labor and housing they could afford on such wages from being built.

not too familiar with utilitarianism? He just gave an opposite example of ethics-on-the-fly. More like "ethics from a well-established school of thought."
