4 months Post-Op PLIF Problems

I am still in extreme pain everyday. My legs still give out and they burn, I also have nurabness in 3 toes on my right foot that was not present before surgery. Can anyone who's had this surgery explain why these problems still exist? I thought the surgery was supposed to fix all of these symptoms.:mad:
 
Ouch! It's miserable isn't it? The burning pain and the nurabnes that you are feeling are coming from the nerves that were moved during surgery. Nerves don't like to be fussed with, and the result after surgery is often that you suffer nerve pain from their being moved and messed with. The surgeon may also have getten one caught so that it is acting up. There are meRAB out there that will take care of the nerve pain. The normal pain meRAB that they give you after surgery don't help with nerve pain, so you might want to ask about that.
