4 miles on the treadmill every day. eating 800-1000 per day.How much weight can I

lose this way? Help!? Hi!

I am 5 3....125 pounds and I have started to run 2 miles in the morning and 2 more in the evening. I am eating raisin bran, fruits, veggies, and fish type of diet and I consume about 800-1000 calories per day. I also only drink water. If I do this for 5 weeks every day...how much weight can I MAYBE lose?
