4 days late on period.. how many more days should I wait before taking a test for a

correct result? at times I feel my period is on its way but it doesn't start.. at times I feel pregnant while at other times feel nothing at all but confused.. I don't want to be disappointed so feel like stretching myself to wait out some more days.. how many days should I wait for a correct test?

take it now. if you are pregnant, you certainly have enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine to test positive since you are 4 days late. i just found out i was pregnant 2 weeks ago and i took a test 1 day after i missed my period and it was positive.

Usually they are pretty accurate once you have missed your period or even on the days you are supposed to be having your period. You can buy them in packs of two or three so it may be worth getting on of those to take now and take another in a few days.
