...cramping and spotting? Hi, I am 4 days late for my period. Im NEVER late. I took 2 digital pregnancy tests today and both were POSITIVE. About 2 hours later..I noticed light pink spotting and I have slight cramps. Am I pregnant?
Of course only a doctor can confirm that but Yes, i think so from the symptoms, plus positive pregnancy tests,and some women spot almost during the whole pregnancy, slightly. Good luck
