(-4) Call Logs - On Home Screen

Does anyone else have this problem. I can't seem to erase that (-4) part.
Can anyone help with this or should I just return the phone and get a new one. LOL, and pray I don't get this bug with the new one.

Have you tried a Hard reset (battery pull wait 30 seconds, reinsert).

I ended up re-installing the OS. Everything is fine now. That annoyance is no longer re-occurring.
