4-5 weeks pregnant but getting medium blood flow with little cramps?

I started bleeding exactly on the implantation day, and it hasnt stopped so far, i went to the doc for routine check up, when i did the HPT and came out positive, also blood test was positive, but this period like flow hasnt stopped so far, doc said to come for Ultrasound after 2 weeks so by then ill be 7 weeks pregnant, can anybody share their views if they ever had the same symptoms. And if they conceived normally. Im a little worried becoz of the blood flow and little cramping.
 
Well if it came back positive for pregnancy and you have had non stop bleeding since then, you might be miscarrying which means you need to see a doctor now, and not wait another two weeks.
Bleeding this much is not normal. I wish you the best of luck.
