I think batman said the name of the crazy dude that Harvey interrogates is named "Jervis Techt". If so that's the name of the Mad Hatter from the comics, who's also crazy and delusional.

the dude had the same goofy grin that mad hatter does and was decribed has having mental issues. I think it was a nod to the character. Just like Sasz or whatever, the guy with the scars, was in Batman Begins.

I think the Riddler would be pretty damn good. I mean so far we've seen Batman fight and use morals, but we haven't really seen him think. Oldschool Batman from the comics was a detective, which is why the riddler was such a challenge. I think adding the Riddler in would make Batman use his head more in the next film, which would make it much more interesting.
