3gs unknown imei,ICCID & network searching

what is the problem for this i phone. solfware or hardware? this phone was are new set. sometime is normal to use but sometime is unknown imei,ICCID & network searching. i try to upgrade to 4.0 but the problem is same. help pls
 
Error 23 it's maybe bro,i have same problem with one 3gs,Rizwan Moderator have more skills with iPhone and He say it's Hardware problem or Baseband corrupted,and for Baseband corrupted you need just to re-write eeprom from zero on Baseband Chip Infineon,so for any quick solution don't search because not have in thiss time,hope to find any solution for you and for me in future.
