3gs shsh grab problem

i have 3gs showing disabled, when i try to save its shsh it show sucessful but with some error, is it possible to save shsh when iphone is disabled > ANY OTHER WAY BY which i can save its shsh so that i will reflash it to 3.1.3 again.. also tried umbrella but it works only with activated phone.......

if you have 3.1.3 shsh , it is already stored in there if you don't have it, it is too late
