3gs no No Service after update 4.1

hello for all
i update i phone 3gs to os 4.1
so the iphone unversal
but when put sim cad show me no service
 
is your phone factory unlock? If yes then turn off 3g network in setting. If your iphone not factory unlock then you have to wate because 4.1 can't be unlock at this time.
 
i updated my iphone 3gs to 4.0.1 , but mein problum is signal , signal is to bad.. what to do, any sir have idea for this problum.. thanks
