3gs new boot 3.1.3 unlocked but menu probleme

I used spirit for jailbreik
I used wifi for unlock
I installed ulstrasnow and afc2add by cydia
I reboot many times

Probleme: I can only receave any call but when I make a call I've the message
emergency call only, no icon , phone remains as not yet activated
but when I remove the sim all icons or menu reapear or come back.
when I connect with itune to activate. Itune says it can't activate
with that sim.
Solution please !!!

Just put it in DFU mode and restore 3.1.3 back and try spirit again.

3.1.3 can,t restore, only 4.xx

i think the apple didn't sign 3.1.3 unless you have shsh back up you can still restore it with 3.1.3 firmware
