3gs 3.1.3 problem

Stupid me...I RESET all content(second row in reset setings)...now phone freeze on apple. I tryed to restore but I get error 1604...tryed with org and custom 3.1.3 firm...
Tryed to fix it with blackra1n but blackra1n not respon...in folder comon files/apple....
 
If u hve shsh block saved den u can flash .... otherwise u need to flash wid latest version 4.0.1 .... But 4.0.1 cant JB yet ... 3gs cant downgrade if u dnt hve Shsh saved
