Procedure to unlock:
----------------------
1. Updated to 4.0 ( with Activated_custome_firmware) then no need to JB.
2. Used Cyder2 to install afc2add.deb in AUTOINSTALL folder in cydia.
3. Restart iPhone.
All Done, working 100% with full signal.
