I went in for my 39 weeks checkup today & my doctor said I haven't dilated at all, the baby's head is NOWHERE near my pelvis & my pelvis seems really tight. He said it looks very discouraging right now 
. My due date is on Wednesday & I'm scheduled to go back to see if their has been a change. They also want to give me an ultra sound to measure the baby again. At 37 weeks when I was checked she was measuring 6 lbs. 10 oz. Could it be possible she's too big to fit through my pelvis or maybe my pelvis is too small ? I haven't had any BH contractions or anything except for the usual back pains and about 2 weeks ago I think I started to lose just a little bit of my mucus plug. & ever since the walk I took this morning I've felt some pressure in my lower abdomen & vagina. Anyways he said if I haven't progressed by my 41st week they're scheduling me for surgery. Anyone else experienced this ? Please help ! (By the way, I've been walking my butt off. 1-2 hr walks a day, still no progress)
*Correction- My due date is on Monday. Also I feel a lot of pressure when I lay down, I can feel her head putting pressure on my pelvic bones. & when I've been sittting for a while & get up I feel vaginal pressure but it eventually goes away.
