34 Bad Image Error's?

Hello,

I just removed the "Advanced Virus Remover" virus from my system tonight, and when I restarted it I get 34 bad image error's that say: "globalroot\systemroot\system32\vsfoceeiiedjwj.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." It seems like whatever program I try and open, like say I open notepad, I get the error with notepad.exe

I don't know what is wrong. Any help is appreciated.
