I can't eat anything (I tried to eat a yoghurt and nearly cried from pain) and I feel like I'm constantly on the verge of being ill and can't lie down
I will talk to the doctor asap but any ideas as to what this lump might be? And how I might be able to relieve some of the pain when I try to swallow?
