sex.she refused dna test.nocharg? girl and girl's family were threatened to go to jail if dna not taken from girl. family and girl refused.subpoena came in mail for all of them, victim, witness, and accused. no proof, no accusations, only the recorded words of the guy supposedly admitting of the statutory rape. crazy!!! he admitted of something everybody denies.???? what could happen???
my cousin is 31 and friend 15.a friend jealous told on them.police came to get them form his house.family and girl refused dna test.my cus admitted on tape he had sex with girl.the girls denies all.family dont want to press charges and subpoena came in mail. wtf they are should do.my cuz has a lawyer,her family refuses to play the police game.will my cus go to jail????
 
Why would the family refuse if a 15 year old girl was "raped" ?? That's just sick and wrong, especially for the 31 year old to have sex with her in the first place! Basically..he admitted. He's going to jail. IT's a confession
