3194 error when updating iPad to iOS 5?

Whenever I try to update the iPad, I always ends with a 3194 error. The support page on apple.com says that I just have to have the latest version of iTunes, but I know for sure I already do -- I even reinstalled it. When I look online for answers, they usually involved previous hacking, jail breaking, using Cydia or umbrella. I have done absolutely NOTHING relating to those. This is a fresh and new device to it should be working with a regular update.

What do I do? Is apple's servers still just flooded?
