Haha! That's exactly who I thought it looked like.
I enjoyed the film for a few reasons and it was let down by a couple more.
I really liked the vampires, and the way they didn't have the generic teeth, they were genuinely sinister, and I loved the fact they had their own language and animalistic calls.
I loved the Alaska part, reminded me of The Thing, and the fact that the twilight month signalled a vampire feeding frenzy.
I loved the speed of the vampires, especially when they stole one of the refinery workers when they were playing rock-paper-scissors.
Some of the gore was absolutely stunning, the last decapitation being the best, that was truly realistic.
A few of the downsides, were the little girl in the shop (she reminded me of Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy), she was sinister in her own right, but they gave her that cheesey shit dialogue, and killed it.
The next bad part was when Eben the sheriff fought Marlow, the head vampire, and killed him the way he did. It seemed like they had no idea what to do there, and just ended it.
The ending also sucked because Marlow told his vampires that they spent centuries convincing people they weren't real, and everyone must be destroyed to preserve this, and they just walked off, with survivors still kicking about, even if their boss was dead.
And the sunset thing, oh dear - didn't like that at all.
Good fun film, with some great action and some good gore.
