I have apple 3GS 3.1.2 new boot rom 05.11.07 , it was unlock before but when restart need to use blackrain for exit boot mode

can i use spirit for jailbarke this again and unlock using UltraSn0w

what is the best way to unlock this ?????
 
is it possible to jail brake from spirit, for stop go to boot mode when restart , before it was jailbrake from blackrain
