it does not ban guns you hysterical ninny. that would be a violation of the second amendment. at no point in that decision did it mention anything about banning all guns. one of the plaintiff's main grievances was that you could only get one pistol every 30 days.

In addition there's this bit;

DIAC has lots of denizens, "including" billy, LOL I LIKE COCKS, desert eagle, jimeigh, and douggiej.

Does the above sentence suggest that we comprise the entirety of the overall DIAC populace?

Well, this could have been a decent conversation.

Thanks for acting like a twat Remains.

Including can imply either. Either a complete list of things included. Or a sample list of things included. Both are correct.

no, you are wrong, as usual....just like when you tried to tell me Erie County was red.

No, nothing else is included. To answer your question....only the eight categories of murder, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault and the property crimes of burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson

were used for the city rankings 2009. 59% of the total was larceny though.

edit: sounds like they excluded: (excluding larceny-theft and arson for their lists because they didn't consider them "dangerous crimes"
