I don't have the dough lol! From what I can tell from the brief time I had the program (both desktop and Palm versions, both included in the install) running, it's a pretty intense and indepth Meeting managment program. I yet have a reason to really truely need it besides the fact that money burns a hole in my wallet and I like to make my TT3 top of the line full of programs I hardly use lol.
Thats my brief review. If peeps have stuff to add please do!

It appears to be similar to Agendus. The interface is pretty simple and uncluttered. Unlike Agendus, This program puts emphasis on taking meeting notes. I also don't see SMS messaging listed as a feature.
There is also a desktop version of 2actionmeeting that is bundled FREE of charge.
I did notice there is a free trial version available for download.
This program looks like a good alternative to Agendus.

Well, unfortunately, NOT REALLY.
1. There are 4 icons - didn't see where you could add more.
2. DOES NOT TIE IN WITH DATEBOOK & CALENDAR
Bummer - looks like a terrific app except "almost a good idea."
For keeping track of clients and multiple meetings as a stand-alone, I suppose it would be great - but Agendus ties it all in and is configurable 6 ways for Sunday. With the MakeSpot day coloring, I seldom have to look at anything except MONTH view now, and client tracking (for people who need that) is super.
It's amazing how MUCH Agendus does that you really have to INVESTIGATE and play around with . . . like this morning I discovered "roll over meetings." SUPER! I wouldn't personally want to have AGendus "tweaked" and then add 2Action just for a "sideline."
However - I'm not constantly in meetings and preparing reports from those meetings - for that, this app might be fantastic. Again - it's really all personal after a certain point.
