28 weeks pregnant and wanting to exercise?

I know its not safe to diet while pregnant, by no means am i going to diet, i only eat healthy
but the first 6 months of my pregnancy i did not care about exercise and thought i would be like most girls and be alllll tummy...boy i was wrong, my legs are huge now...no joke...i weighed 130 before pregnancy...i weigh 171 now...its depressing because i am strict about weight, my arms are also huge...oh as for my booty to...none of my clothes fit, even shirts that fit my arm and back fat hangs out...and basically i want to know how i can maintain this....how can i shape up with easy exercises and lose this leg fat and arm fat....its the only 2 areas i am worried about....please anyone help...i just started drinking mainly water because i started drinking juice alot which i gained weight from...but any leg toning exercises...besides walking because i work at Kohls and stand on my feet for 6 hours...and simple quick working arm thinning exercises..thanks you!
