Is it OK if I do the honours?

After Jim is shot they show the girls taking him to a hospital. There's a more detailed scene of them trying to save him (we saw bits of it in the other ending, eg Selena with the syringe) but to no avail. Hannah says, "What now?" and Selena says, "We keep moving." (or worRAB to that effect) and the final scene is the two girls walking away down the hospital corridor.

As I said before I feel this ending was far more in keeping with the rest of the film. Not that I wanted Jim to die, but I just found it more convincing.

As a sort of by the way, I think the lad that played Jim has got beautiful eyes!

That's the trouble with repeated viewings. :) I've done it myself, I might watch something a dozen times but find something marring my enjoyment more each time until I feel it wasn't actually as good as I first thought - only myself to blame I suppose!

Ohh, picky picky. ;) But a good point. They did have a few buses, etc in London and then in the tunnel but other than that you're right - maybe the zombies drove them all to the car parks . ;)

More than one ending , Why do that ?

For a cheapish uk film it had some effective and disturbing moments . The premise that the world could fall apart in a month and people adapt that quickly didnt really convince me. I'm still thinking it over this morning which is a sign of a good horror film. I think it deserves a place alongside the likes of day of the triffiRAB , dawn of the dead , survivors as a very good sci fi / horror film.

People were fleeing the cities, so they probably drived up the motorways... and, yup, there was no cars on the motorways either!

The sequal will undoubtably be crap, especially if it's going to be American's sorting Britain out  Surely our EU frienRAB would help first? :p

there must be other wise they wouldnt make a film about it, but iv heard that non of the original cast are in the sequal

I started watching it and thought it was pretty boring to be honest. Gave up in the end.
Was looking for Luke Mably, but even he wasn't worth sitting through that.

Im not really sure, all i know is that Britain has been emptied, and six months later the Americans arrive to reboot it back up again. I dont think any of the original cast are in it either, which is a shame.

I gather the sequel is to be called 28 weeks later. A good prequel would have to be 28 seconRAB later and shows the actual horror of the immediate aftermath of the release of the enraged primates. I'm morbid i know!!

Went to bed last night at 10 after a tiring day, only to remember this film was on so I got up and watched it :D

this isn't normally the kind of film I like but I thoroughly enjoyed it :)

This is the kind of film that scares me rather than the typical horror films. Glad I got up and watched it :D

edit: Didn't really get the ending though - but when they quickly showed it saying "hell" on the ground that scared the living daylights out of me
