this is one of FOUR movies i'm looking foward to in the next six months... how pathetic so I'm hoping and praying this one doesnt let me down... I've watched the trailer once a day for the past five days... love it!

plus James and Katie look hawt together on screen... only thing is, is that he is soo short... kind of a downer... all i think when i see the height difference is my mother saying they only hire short men in hollywood so they can pay them less... hee, i kind of believe her :smirk:
 
I don't want to be spoiled, but something I have noticed in almost all James movies with love triangles that he never gets the girl. He lost Rachel to Ryan in the Notebook. In Enchanted, [sp]Giselle chose Edward[/sp]. In Superman, Lois was in love with Clark and not him.
 
I saw the movie Sunday and LOVED it! So, so cute and definitely one that I'll buy on DVD. The superb acting mixed with the music was a winning combination, for sure. :D

I saw it again yesterday... and like the rest of you I could easily see it again. James just kills in the movie for me. He's so much fun. I love his sarcastic responses, and the Bennie and the Jets scene is my favorite.

James singing is always my favorite.
 
A young woman (Katherine Heigl) who has made a career out of being a bridesmaid but never a bride faces her worst nightmare when her sister (Malin Akerman) becomes engaged to the man of her dreams. Luckily, the wedding brings around the man (James Marsden) who will change her bridesmaid status for good.

I reckon this movie will be romantically hilarious.

Thanks for starting this thread. I was thinking of starting one yesterday but I wasn't sure if anyone else in here is interested in Rom Com. :)

I'm so looking forward to this movie. I admit, I was a bit skeptical about it but now that I've seen the trailer, it certainly looks promising. Can't wait for January to come. :)
