26 weeks, weird dreams...?

I had this dream last night that was really odd...ok so my baby was in my stomach but for some reason I thought my baby needed to be breastfed, so i opend my stomach, and took him out and tried to breastfeed him, but he was real small looked like around a 16 week baby and he wouldn't move and then I realzied I wasn't supposed to take him out of my stomach yet! It was crazy I woke up scared for some reason and confused. I've been having alot of weird dreams lately...is this normal? I'm 26 weeks. What do you think was the meaning behind this?

I had a very similar dream a few weeks ago. I just wanted to see what she looked like then I put her back. Vivid dreams are a symptom of pregnancy and are common. I don't really think you should put to much meaning into them. I think you just may want the pregnancy part to be over and be in motherhood already.
