I'm 13, 5'2, 114lbs.I'm going on vacation on the 11th of June. So if starting tomorrow, I limit my calorie intake to 800 a day, and I walk 30 minutes(to and from school, 15 minutes each), then jog/run 20 minutes, and do crunches and push ups, along with drinking tons of water, how much weight could I lose? I already walk 30 minutes a day, I don't drink pop, and run on a treadmill every couple days.
Don't tell me limiting myself is unhealthy, blah blah. I know that. I know it slows down my metabolism, and I know that I'll just end up gaining back once I start eating normal again, but hey. I don't care. I just want to be thin for now. I don't want your lectures or anything, just help.
So, how much weight can I lose doing that stuff?
