24" bike? How tall must I be for this?

I don't have a clue on anything about bikes? What is this height appropriate for? I'm looking for Girls bikes, as I am 5'1-2" and I can hardly maneuver large bikes. Thanks.
 
Check for good bike fit among the many websites about bicycles (usually the inseam not the height is used to size a bike)

I ride a 19" bike and I am 6'0. I would look into a 15" or 16" bike. For your height, one of these size bikes should be a good fit for you. Ideally, I cannot fit either bike to you perfectly, so. Ask what the bike experts at the store says and then go with the one you feel more comfortable with and off their opinions as well.
