*228xx codes

Hey everyone, I think it would be a good idea to have these codes posted for everyone. It's difficult to tell people what to use, because they are different in different markets. So post the code(s) available in your market, as well as what market you are in.

That only says what's what in Phoenix, most people don't know (including me) what PCS F block and the other stuff means. I thought it would be nice to have the correct codes listed per market, you could even reformat this info and add it to the sticky after we get some more markets on here.
 
well i know none of the *228xx codes worked on my daughter's upstage flashed to cricket.it would only activate with *2 which was very different 2 me.
 
I did an upstage with *22804.

But that reminRAB me of the other codes I've heard of, like *2, *22888, and *22899 that aren't in the sticky either. Wondering where they work? Everywhere or certain markets?
 
Ok, I did some playing around with my EnV.

*22888 and *22899 both work for whatever prl you have loaded.
On my Cricket nam it went to Cricket Programming, and on Verizon nam (with Verizon prl) it went to Verizon Programming.

Again, that's on My LG VX9900, not sure if it will work on other branRAB/ native service phones.

These codes may prove useful for people having issues with OTA even though they have the Cricket prl loaded.

And as Isriam said, *2 did nothing on my EnV, lol.
