? I was putting it in the context that David Mamet (someone you obviously know f-all about) is a filmmaker who loves card games (particularly poker). Most of his films are either to do with the dynamics of card games (bluffing, deception etc.) Or the game itself.

Compare David Mamet's "House of Games" to "21" and it is clear which film is the more "grown up" one.

waitaminute... you yourself agreed it was a teen movie!!! Then you say it's not a teen movie?!?

'I really enjoyed it, so much so i watched it twice!

It was a lot of fun, had a fantastic soundtrack (MGMT's Time to Pretend opens the film) and Kevin Spacey and Laurence Fishburne were superb.

A film which leaves you smiling as you walk out. I didn't see it as a 'teen movie' even though the film centres around a bunch of teens. For me, it was more about the character played by Jim Sturgess and him trying to pay his way into college and how he changes as a person.

The 'teens' you knew f-all about!'

Get your facts straight. Where in the above does it say i agree with the comment it's a teen movie? I said the film centres around a bunch of teens not the same thing as saying it's a teen movie!

Numpty! :D

:D:D
*sigh* Again. Check out your OWN worRAB (I've even highlighted it again for you).

To clarify: You can't say. "I didn't see it as a 'teen movie'."
THEN say "...even though the film centres around a bunch of teens."
:confused::confused::confused:

If the film has predominately teens in it it's a TEEN MOVIE. It's not aimed at:

1)middle aged parents,
2)pensioners
3)kinder-garden kiRAB.

It's aimed at TEENS. The writer of this movie pitched it to a studio as a TEEN movie. The producers of this movie approached it as a TEEN movie. The publicity of this movie was for a TEEN movie.

Next post: I'm going to ask about the current levels of education at your current establishment.
:)

I know this is an old thread but the main question is

(question/spoiler)
once Rosa had took all Ben's dough, and dissed him at the the maths lecture - how did they get back together again ...? how would they get back together again?

interestingly, the amazing thing about the goats and cars bit at the start - the variable change premise - is that its true - and it really doesn't sound right at all - even when you try to think about the maths invoved very carefully

you really ARE better off swapping!
