2011 Ultra disappointing

LMFAO. Now you know why they say the fantasy is almost always better than the real deal.

I was hoping for a hybrid or hydrogen power.

While I'm of the opinion that the Ultra didn't need much in the way of changes, I must say that I'm surprised the 103" option isn't available for it. I personally prefer the Ultra Classic over the Ultra Limited, and I'm probably in the minority in that I actually like having the chrome bag guards, fender bumpers, color options, etc. The 103" option seems like it would have been simple enough to offer since it's offered (or standard) on other models. Just my two cents.

I'll cost you much less to change cams in your 96" than to buy a half-@ssed 103" option with 96" cams like on the 2010 (and 2011?) Limited. You'll run circles around a stock Limited if you do it.
And I'm in the minority with you. The Ultra Limited doesn't cut it for me either. Why isn't it offered in a solid color and why does it have chrome wheels w/ alum forks?

Just my 2 cents here but -
1 - Who cares if they don't come with a 103 stock - when I bought my Rocker I had it installed before I took it home and it cost me less than $ 1100 with cams - everything.
2 - The Ultra Classic was fine, why change it. However, there is a new Ultra - the Road Glide. To me Harley finally got it right and mated a frame mounted fairing with a tour pack. I'll be looking into upgrading my RKC soon.
