2010 Toyota Corolla Lease?

I have been considering leasing a new Toyota Corolla from a local dealer. The lease payment on Toyota's website says that the lease payments would be $159.00 a month (I reside in Missouri) for 36 months. I have heard that the lease payment would actually be more like around 200 - 300, is this true? Also which model is the lease for the Base Edition, Sport Edition, or Luxury Edition, Toyota's website doesn't really say a specific model. Also can you lease a car for someone else (a teenage son), I'm new to this whole leasing thing so any information is really appreciated. Thanks
