My new car is making an assortment of different annoying noises. Mainly, there is a whine coming from the steering wheel, basically when turning the wheel. I went to the dealer and apparently it was the power steering pump (although there is no recall on my vehicle for that part) which they then replaced, but to no avail as the noise is still present and more annoying than before. The second issue is with the shifter, which came up after after the dealer took my car apart to get to the steering pump. When shifting the gears (from like drive to park or neutral, etc) there is a short electric buzzing sound which can be heard on the outside of the car and is also quite loud. Lastly, there is a rattling noise coming from my hatch that occurs whenever I hit a bump (which is pretty much normal here in New Jersey). I love the vehicle but it's beginning to become quite annoying. Are these issues normal? I'd like to be happy with my new car but the sounds are making it incredibly hard to be. Please help!
