I'm planning on buying the camaro z28:
6.2L supercharged V8, 560 horsepower.
Is mustang losing it's touch or should it not be compared with the camaro?
2010 mustang:
4.7L V8, 300 horsepower. I understand that it's 400 lbs lighter, but will that make THAT much of a difference?
I think FORD needs to step up their game. Chevy has won the 2010 pony car games.
HMUSN:
i know the camaro SS stats by heart.
the camaro is not being delayed any longer, but the camaro Z28, the one i was talking about, is being delayed, the Z28 is a higher performance car than the SS, i got my stats from a motor trend magazine i read yesterday.
I did not know the 1/4 mile time or 0-60 for the 'stang, but the camaro Z28 (the delayed one) goes 0-60 in 3.9 and runs the 1/4 in 12s.
^^ that's the same 0-60 as the 2009 corvette and one second slower 1/4 mile.
