I live in Tennessee, Population is growing in some places here. I predict a few southern states that will have little decline and, or not much population change. I believe, Alabama, Arkansas, and South Carolina! (Will have little decline or no change in population that much) Do you agree? Do you disagree with any states? Tell me your opinion.
