2009 Toyota FJ cruiser or 2009 Nissan xterra off road package which one would last longer and be better for driving every day.

I know i can get the Xterra for like 6 grand less then the FJ but what is the reason, they are still making the Xterra but the toyota is coming to an end in 2011
