Considering you can pick one up for less than 13,000 right now (due to the Carpocolypse) I absolutely think it's a good car for the money. 70,000 mile warranty, suzuki engines are primo good (at least on their motorcycles) and you're getting a car that is more of an appliance than a luxury item - which means you'll take driving more seriously it has a purpose and a function - it's not some iconic logo that you want to parade around to show others you have macho-cash coming out of your pockets. Crank-windows can be a drag though.
