i just got a 2009 sidekick, supposedly unlocked. so i charge it, put in the at&t sim card and turn it on. it turns on fine, but then it opens up a screen that says "waiting to register for data services. to bypass this screen press *lined button* and select "phone&text." you will be prompted to register later" all i want to do on this thing is text and call, but it says im not getting service. have i been duped?
