2009 mazda 3 i touring performance upgrades?

i have a 2009 mazda 3 i touring model. i was wondering what performance upgrades i can make to the car. any parts im just wondering. please list as many parts as you can and what they would do to the car. i dont know that much about cars.
when i say i dont know much about cars i mean i dont know all the parts that are out there. im not just going to buy all these parts for my car and put them in by myself all willy nilly. im not an idiot.
 
If you don't know much about cars, I wouldn't mess too much with performance upgrades. You may ruin something because these cars are so technological. You might want to put a K&N air filter on but other than that, I'd talk to the dealer.
