2009 Kawasaki Bayou 250?

I really want to get a name brand quad that will last several years and at my local Kawasaki dealership I found the Bayou 250, and I was wondering if this model would be a durable, long-lasting, reliable ATV. Also at the dealership it is $300 more than the MSRP price, do they expect you to haggle or something?
