I am thinking about buying a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and I noticed it had a 5.7L Hemi in it. Recently i've seen in the ad's they have had this thing called MDS which is supposed to make a car more fuel efficient. Do you know if this jeep has it? and could you explain to me what MDS is?? thanks!
